Cavalry Cleaning offers professional exterior cleaning services across the Midlands and South East UK. Our services include:
- Window cleaning
- Fascia and gutter cleaning
- Graffiti removal
- High-level cleaning
- Car park cleaning
- Contract cleaning for communal areas
Service Agreement
By booking our services, you agree to the following:
Booking: All bookings are subject to availability. Written confirmation will be provided upon acceptance.
Access: You must ensure safe and appropriate access to the premises. Delays or cancellations caused by inadequate access may result in additional charges.
Pricing: Prices are quoted based on the scope of work and location. Any significant changes to the scope of work may alter the original quote. All pricing is inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment: Full payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date. For one-off services, payment is due upon job completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a charge up to 50% of the agreed fee.
Liability: We are insured for public liability up to [insert amount] to cover any accidents or damage caused by our services. However, we will not be liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our services.
Complaints: If you have a complaint about our services, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will investigate and take appropriate steps to resolve the matter.

Health and Safety

Force Majeure
Cavalry Cleaning shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, accidents, strikes, or governmental actions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
